WTF? - Herman Cain

This is my first poke at a WTF? post so let me know how I do.

You may have heard that Herman Cain has been implicated in a number of sexual harassment cases, from his time at the NRA (National Restaurant Association) which may have put a huge dent in his plans to run for President in 2012.

So far, 4 women have come forward with a harassment complaint against Mr Cain, although we expect many more to come out of the woodwork before the whole situation is put to bed. It appears that the NRA paid off  settled with each of the women when their complaint originally surfaced, so why are they back again?

"Huh-huh-huh he said wood"
"Hah, yeah and he said put to bed"

The NRA were also mighty pissed at Herman Cain so they sent him a memo to attend a Sexual Harassment Training Seminar. He returned the memo, declining the invitation, with a note saying, "I don't need any training. I already know how to do it!"

Mr Cain has not admitted that the name of his new 9-9-9 tax plan was inspired by a German intern declining his sexually charged advances about Wiener Schnitzel.

Ok, I give up, I was trying to find a way to work in this picture of Herman Cain doing his impersonation of namesake, Michael Caine. I guess I will just come clean and add it anyway.
