Russian teen hacks eHome

By +Brad Naylor

As technology continues to evolve and seamlessly integrate into our lives, the more we are putting ourselves at risk. A Russian teenager was recently arrested for hacking into an eHome and messing with the settings, adjusting the thermostat from a cool 70 degrees to a tropical 77 degrees, changing the autolight clock from am to pm causing the lights to come on during the day, and setting the refrigerator to autotweet every time the door was opened.

New Jason Bourne Movie announced for 2015

By +Alexa Rankin

Just when you thought the Bourne trilogy of movies was done, they went and got Jeremy Renner to star in the fourth movie, The Bourne Legacy, a sideways move away from the Bourne character since Matt Damon did not want to continue with the role. Renner played Aaron Cross, a Treadstone operative running for his life after Jason Bourne blows the whistle on the whole subvert operation.

Egon, but not forgotten

By +Ian C

Yesterday saw the passing of the movie legend Harold Ramis. Harold was not only an actor, but a writer, director and producer of some of the most influential comedy movies of our time. His most iconic acting role was that of ghostbusting nerd Egon Spengler, but the first time I saw him was as Bill Murray's straight man, Russel Ziskey in Stripes.

Bubes Says - Are these medals smaller than usual?

Greetings from Sochi. Yes ladies, I am here in Russia for the Winter Olympics, mainly watching the hockey, but I did pop into the ice arena to help out my old friend Charlie White. I even covered for him during one skate while he was having trouble with his perm.

Where are they now? Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure

By +Alexa Rankin

"Strange things are afoot at the Circle K" or at least they were 25 years ago, when Bill S.Preston Esq. and Ted 'Theodore' Logan met Rufus, a guy from the future, and a most excellent adventure began.

The tightest slot in Las Vegas

by +Ian C

The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino has been a popular destination on the Las Vegas strip since it opened it's doors in 1993. The imaginatively named 'Leo' the lion stands guard at the front entrance of The Strip's 2nd largest casino to greet the hapless gamblers, while the world famous bright green stripes on the outside of the hotel illuminate the night.

Valentine's Day - Top Ten things not to say

Oops I nearly forgot to write the Valentine's Day post, which ironically gave me the inspiration for the content of this Top Ten list. For a guy, Valentine's Day (if he remembers) means a walk to second base, or further if he gets chocolates and a bear to go with the seasonally overpriced roses. Men are not as emotionally invested in the whole concept like the womenfolk.

Bubes Says - I am going to see that play even if it kills me

Hey ladies, I am back. I know you have all missed me since my last post on New Year's Day. I cannot tell a lie, I have been incredibly busy being a rich and famous singer, you know what it's like, or maybe you don't. Anyway, enough about me (for now). Today is a huge day in American history as we celebrate the birthday of one of this great nation's most recognizable sons and greatest Presidents, Bubraham Lincoln.

Bye Bye Flappy Bird

By +Tina Cruris

What is Flappy Bird? Seriously, you don't know? Flappy Bird is the latest game to take mobile devices by storm. It is notoriously difficult and as a result desperately addictive. Flappy bird has also been the target of a lot of anger across social media outlets because of it's simple difficulty. Now the creator of Flappy Bird, Dong Nguyen has pulled the game from iTunes and Google Play. Some say that it is because of the negativity that surrounded the game and some say it is because he wants to make more money.

Bruno Mars' real parents revealed

By +Alexa Rankin

He was the hit of Superbowl XLVIII (48) as he wowed the crowd during the halftime show last Sunday. Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers were better than the players and the commercials combined on an otherwise lackluster Sunday.

Bruno Mars is undoubtedly a most talented individual and after we reveal who his secret parents are then you will agree that it is hardly surprising. There is genetic material floating around in his body from two of music's biggest names. STP can exclusively reveal that Bruno Mars parents are Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley daughter of King of Rock And Roll, Elvis Presley.

Dear Tina - Groundhog Day

By +Tina Cruris

Dear Tina, I am confused about the whole groundhog day thing. What does his shadow have to do with the weather? Can those guys in hats really speak groundhogese? Is Phil really 126 years old? It seems to me that those old farts in the hats are just trying to perpetuate a stupid tourist tradition so that they only have to work for 1 week per year.

Sincerely, Anti-Groundhog Girl
