Since 1985 people (mainly children) have been searching for Super Villain and ex-ACME detective, Carmen Sandiego, while learning about geography and history.

I don't remember HER in the computer game version

Well after nearly 30 years of searching, I can exclusively reveal that Slap the Penguin has located Carmen Sandiego's hideout, on Carmen Street in the Oak Park district of San Diego of all places.

All through her career as a master thief, Carmen has been leaving clues about her evil exploits in clever puns, but until now, nobody saw the obvious clue in her name. ACME agents have already moved in and captured Carmen which is why we are able to finally publish this story.

The Slap the Penguin crew have now been inducted into ACME as consultant detectives to assist them in tracking down other notorious master criminals. We are currently working on locating Sydney Banks, last seen in Australia and Florence del Moro who is believed to be somewhere in Italy.
