WTF? Everyone is going Gaga

Being only 50,000 “Little Monsters” short of 6 million followers, Lady Gaga is the queen of Twitter. She has more fans than Britney Spears, Ashton Kutcher, Barack Obama and Twitter itself.

So who or what is the phenomenon known as Lady Gaga?

She is an entity, a self made media product, the freshest thing to happen to the music business since Madonna. But it is not just about the music, to Gaga (and her fans), it is the performance. On stage her music is the backdrop to an intense production of 'Marilyn Manson meets Barbarella on the way to the Rocky Horror Picture Show' and that's just the fans in the audience.

Her outrageous success is due mainly to her broad appeal across a spectrum of lifestyles. With her wild wigs and flamboyant outfits, Lady Gaga has become the drag queen icon for the 21st century.

She is a modern day Lady Liberty calling out to the tired, the poor and the huddled masses. Welcoming the social outcasts with open arms to become her Little Monsters, and snuggle to the barely covered bosom of Gaga.
