Have you ever wondered what Taylor Swift would look like if she was a man? 5 finalists have been selected for the world's weirdest Taylor Swift lookalike contest and we want your help to select the winner. The Maylor Swift contest is a men only battle to be crowned as the person most resembling Taylor Swift. Since nobody in the real world takes this kind of nonsense seriously, the organizers look to fringe websites with weird followers (like STP) to promote the contest and collect the votes. Take a look at the finalists...
|Taylor Strauss, Peter Ostrum, Bingo, Fabio Lanzoni Jr. and Jeff Bonner|
The contest is based on appearance only and not singing ability, which is good news for #3 Bingo, because he has been instructed by his veterinarian to rest his vocal chords. Dancing talent is also discounted, which is bad news for Bingo because he does the best 'Shake it off', ever!
In case you think that #2 Peter Ostrum looks familiar maybe you have seen the 1971 movie 'Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory' in which he played Charlie Bucket. If you haven't seen it, then it is unlikely that you have seen him anywhere else, since it was his only movie.
Jeff Bonner is #5 and is rocking those blonde locks. He looks like he just split up with his boyfriend and is about to write a hit single about it.
#1 is Taylor Strauss, who changed his name from Eldridge Strauss to be closer to his heroine, Miss Swift. Taylor is the closest thing you can get to a stalker while remaining on the safe side of the law. The 5 O'Clock shadow kind of spoils the illusion for me.
Fabio Lanzoni Jr. is our #4 and is the son of a celebrity. Not wanting to sway your vote, I will refrain from telling you who his famous father is. Fabio has had a touch of facial surgery, but he tells us his likeness to Taylor is entirely coincidental.
There are you 5 finalists. Since this is a contest based only on appearance, I am sure you already made up your minds before reading the résumé. All that is left for you to do is to register your opinion in the poll below. Thanks for voting.
