Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick hastily signed a bill today to make taking upskirt pictures illegal. Taking pictures or video beneath a person's clothing without their permission is now unlawful. This legislature aims to protect the innocent miniskirt and loose shirt wearing population of Massachusetts from the growing popularity of upskirt, downblouse and spycam pictures and videos on the internet.
Robertson was charged with 2 counts of 'attempting to secretly photograph a person in a state of partial nudity', which was thrown out on Wednesday because the women's attire did not meet Justice Margot Botsford's opinion of partial nudity.
"A female passenger on a MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority) trolley who is wearing a skirt, dress, or the like covering these parts of her body is not a person who is 'partially nude,' no matter what is or is not underneath the skirt by way of underwear or other clothing." according to Justice Margot Botsford of the state Supreme Judicial Court.
This statement prompted Mass. lawmakers to start writing the new bill on Thursday which Gov. Deval Patrick signed today. The timing of the two rulings gave perverts in cities like Boston, Springfield and Cambridge 24 hours to legally take upskirt pictures and they went crazy with their cameras. Here are some of the images that were taken yesterday during the upskirt amnesty.
I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it. Thanks.
