Ferris Bueller - Matthew Broderick
Matthew Broderick – Ferris Bueller
Matthew is still going strong after 50 something movies some of which were actually good, like Godzilla and The Producers.

Cameron Frye - Alan Ruck
Alan Ruck – Cameron Frye
Alan took the TV route and spent a lot of time with the other eternal youngster, Michael J. Fox on Spin City. He is now playing Dean Bowman in Greek.

Sloane Peterson - Mia Sara
Mia Sara – Sloane Peterson
Mia got lost in the depths of 2nd rate Hallmark made for TV movies with the exception of Timecop. However she does own a production company now.

Ed Rooney - Jeffrey Jones
Jeffrey Jones – Ed Rooney
Beetlejuice, The Hunt for Red October, Ed Wood and then pretty much nothing until Deadwood, the TV series.

Jeanie Bueller - Jennifer Grey
Jennifer Grey – Jeanie Bueller
One huge role in Dirty Dancing and then nothing to speak of until she won Dancing With the Stars.

Boy in Police Station - Charlie Sheen
Charlie Sheen – Boy in Police Station
Never heard of him, but sounds like the kind of person who would snort cocaine out of a hookers ass-crack then trash a motel room.

1961 Ferrari 250 GT - Modified MGB
Modified MGB – 1961 Ferrari 250 GT
This car went out of a window and never really recovered from the trauma. It is still broken and bruised in a wooded area underneath the Frye house.

In conclusion, it seems that the stars of Ferris Beuller's Day Off have had mixed fortunes. There is one thing these stars have in common, and that is they all look older than they did back in 1986.

Happy Birthday Ferris.

So would that be crack cocaine that Charlie is snorting?

A disgusting thought, but technically correct. Thanks for sharing.

Aside from Ferris, I thought Broderick's best film performance was in "Biloxi Blues."

Thanks for commenting NP, and I agree that was a great movie for him. I also enjoyed his portrayal of Leo Bloom in The Producers, even though he should have tried to develop his own Leo instead of trying to copy Gene Wilder's original.
