Remember 1993 when Meat Loaf went Back into Hell and came out with I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That), which dominated the music charts worldwide except for France. You don't? Selective amnesia? Anyway, 21 years later STP has discovered what exactly it is that Meat Loaf won't do for love.
What is it that Meat Loaf won't do? |
For over 2 decades people have been guessing at what could possibly be beyond the realm of Meat Loaf's dignity, but they have all been proven wrong. Guesses have ranged from the simple to the dirty to the downright unbelievable, but Meat Loaf has done them all.
One of the weirdest guesses was that Meat Loaf would not appear on TV wearing a banana on his head but he proved everyone wrong on a British TV show called Loose Women.
Banana Meat Loaf |
Other guesses revolve around selling out and appearing on reality TV, and for a while that looked like it, but again he showed everyone by appearing on Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice and having a Meat Loaf Meltdown at the expense of co-competitor, Gary Busey.
I'd do anything for Trump... |
One person even guessed that Mr Loaf wouldn't put on a 30 pound fat suit with integral boobs for a role in a movie. WRONG! That's exactly what he did when he played Robert Paulson in Fight Club.
His name is Robert Paulson |
Meat Loaf even tried faking us out a few times, like this incident during his American tour a few years ago...
"Wanna see why they call me Meat?" |
I have kept you in suspense for long enough, so allow me to build up to the big reveal. In 1975 Meat Loaf had a small role in a little known musical movie called The Rocky Horror Picture Show. After seeing himself in the movie years later, he promised himself that he would never again appear in a musical. Recently Meat Loaf was asked to reprise his role as Bob Paulson for 'Fight Club - The Musical' and he said' "I won't do THAT!"
"They're gonna have to open my pecs again to drain the fluid." |
We want to hear what you thought 'THAT' was. Leave you answer below in the comments section.
