For those of you who were wondering where we have been for the last week, here is one possible explanation...
On April 25th 2013, Terry Gene Bollea, known to you and I as Hulk Hogan, became the proud owner of his very own porno. The copyright to the sex tape featuring Hogan and Heather Clem transferred from his ex-friend, Bubba 'The Love Sponge' Clem to Hogan via the Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.

Since receiving the good news, Hogan has been on a crusade to sanitize the internet of all traces of said sex tape, starting with gawker.com, who he is suing for $100 million for posting the entire tape on it's website. Through a network of attorneys, Hogan is tackling every single website out there who posted images of the sex tape. We know this to be true because we had such a letter from Harder, Mirell & Abrams LLC demanding that we remove all images of the sex tape from our website within 24 hours. They found "infringing content" at www.slapthepenguin.com/2012/10/hulk-hogan-pissed-at-sex-tape-gone-viral.html which has since been removed from our site and surgically sliced from the interwebs, never to be seen again.

Professional courtesy prevents us from publishing the letter from Harder, Mirell & Abrams LLC which explains that not only did we infringe on Mr Bollea's (retroactive) copyright, but we were also violating Florida’s criminal video voyeurism law.
At Slap the Penguin, we take copyright claims very seriously, even the ridiculous ones, which is why we have removed the entire original post from our site. Even though we joke about a kind of pseudo immunity from copyright laws due to both our NEWS and SATIRE status, we do respect all genuine claims to media ownership.

Personally, I don't know why Hogan is complaining. He has already aired his dirty laundry on reality TV, with the show 'Hogan Knows Best' (which we jokingly called Hogan Knows Breast in the original post). And lets face it, this was far from being his worst movie performance. Remember No Holds Barred Suburban Commando The Secret Agent Club Santa with Muscles Mr Nanny?

Oh I am sure it is nothing to do with prudishness... He would have gladly posted it for the world to see had he released it himself a la Kim Kardashian .. This sex tape business is big money and Hulkey needs to pay for his peroxide tache.
I have to agree, Goth Barbie. Now that he has control over the copyright he seems to be making more noise about the tape than before....???
