What got slapped 12 months ago - 11/06/11

It looks like we had a quiet week last week. I thought at one point that I would be publishing back to back reslap posts until Ian and Alexa got in there earlier today. Lucas sells Star Wars to Disney

The headline says it all, but here is a brief explanation as we see it. The latest reports suggest that George Lucas was fed up with tweaking and tinkering with his 6 Star Wars movies so he sold LucasFilm Ltd. to Disney Enterprises for the pitiful sum of $4.05 billion. That's billion with a 'b'.
