Today is Back to the Future Day
Is it that time already?
I am deeply honored to be chosen to present to you the Back to the Future Day post. Many people have been waiting for many years for this day October 21st 2013, and now finally, it is upon us. Today has been almost 30 years in the making, since Dr. Emmett Lathrop "Doc" Brown, Ph.D. first "built a time machine... out of a Delorean" in 1985.

"I hope they make these video cameras smaller in the future"
Watch out residents of Hill Valley, California because sometime today a nuclear powered Delorean DMC-12 from the past is going to appear out of nowhere in your sleepy little future town. Yes, there is actually a real life Hill Valley in northern California, on Highway 101 north of San Francisco before you reach San Rafael, and they will see flaming tire tracks at some point today.

There it is, with a red circle around it
All around the country today, fans will be dressing as their favorite Back to the Future characters and partying into the future. I myself am going to a BTTF party wearing a yellow radiation suit and playing Van Halen to people on my Sony Walkman.

Do you have plans for BTTF day? Did you even know it was Back to the Future day today? Where have you been since October 26th 1985?
