Where are they now? Weird Science

It was 1985 and the world needed another Nerds and Sci-fi movie. As luck would have it, John Hughes was standing by with a Nerds and Sci-fi movie starring Anthony Michael Hall, Ilan Mitchell-Smith and Kelly LeBrock.
Two nerds and a hotty walk into a bar...
Anthony Michael Hall, Kelly LeBrock and Ilan Mitchell-Smith
(You need a 3 part name to star in this movie)
The story revolves around two high school nerds, Gary and Wyatt, and and their inability to attract women of the opposite sex. They get publicly humiliated by the cool kids, one of whom turns out to be Robert Downey Jr. in a later life. Wyatt also gets bullied by his older brother, Chet, who turns out to be Bill Paxton in a later life.

SO... since Gary and Wyatt cannot get a woman by conventional means, they come up with this scheme to create the perfect woman using a computer, a barbie doll, pictures from playboy and bras on their head.

This is about as weird as science gets
"Why are we wearing bras on our heads?"
"...Ceremonial"
THEN... in true Nerd Sci-fi style, they actually create a real life woman and then the fun begins. I won't ruin the entire story for you, besides, you have probably already seen the movie anyway, but in typical John Hughes style, the underdogs win out, and the bad guys get what they deserve.

Does not have a 3 part name
Looking at the cast then and now, the only one who seems to have made it big is Kelly LeBrock. That's what happens when you marry Steven Seagal.

I know what you mean about making it big. Robert Downey, Jr. and Bill Paxton have done NOTHING since the movie. ;) Fun to see their photos.

Yeah, I know right. Many a teen fantasy revolved around Kelly LeBrock either in Weird Science or Woman in Red. I know I wore out VHS copies of both movies as a boy.
