Caitlyn Jenner broke the internet

By +Alexa Rankin

What is it with that damn Kardashian family constantly breaking the internet. Do they not realize how many people are totally dependent on the internet for facebook, twitter and for work? This time it was Bruce (Caitlyn) Jenner posing on the cover of Vanity Fair as a woman.

Granted, Caitlyn was not as oiled up as stepdaughter, Kim Kardashian and her dress was considerably less revealing, but her picture spread like wildfire across facebook and Jenner's new twitter account picked up over 1 million followers in four hours. At the time of writing, Caitlyn Jenner has 2.23 M followers. That is approximately 2.23 M more followers than @slapthepenguin has on all social media combined.

Since Caitlyn has not undergone a Jenner reassignment procedure she still has a penis, however the cover photo showed little evidence to that effect. Whether it was tucked up in her panties or touched up in Photoshop (let's face it, that picture has had more than a little modification) it showed Caitlyn to be a true expression of older femininity. In all honesty the first time I saw the picture, before reading the story, I thought it was Glenn Close.

Not only did Caitlyn's cover outshine Kim's Paper cover from last year, but this news broke perfectly in time to eclipse Kim and Kanye's new baby announcement. Yes Kim is pregnant again and Vegas is already taking bets on the remaining points of the compass for baby names. I am betting on Easton for a boy.

What do you think about Caitlyn's cover? What do you think about her choice of name? Should the Kardashians stay off the internet? Share your thoughts and feeling in our comments section.
