Friday 13th

Friggatriskaidekaphobia - fear of Friday the 13th. For as long as I can remember, half of the people I meet on this day will make a reference to 'Friday 13th' either warning of it's power or blaming it for some coincidental misfortune.

However, it was the 1980 slasher movie, Friday the 13th that should be blamed for creating a generation of people with friggatriskaidekaphobia. It should also be blamed for spawning an unprecedented number of sequels, remakes and copycat movies which, with each iteration, became progressively worse.

    1. I agree, a pre-drugged up LiLo and JLC who still looks hot at 50 something, that would be quite a movie. Especially considering that the slasher genre has a penchant for naked/topless screaming women

Dammit, why don't you ever check your facts. Jamie Lee Curtis was never in Friday the 13th, she was in Halloween with Donald Pleasence. I don't know why I keep coming back to this site, you guys truly suck donkey nuts.
