Hey ladies, sorry I missed you all last week, I was so busy that I didn't even have time to be adored by you all. You will just have to double up this week. Well now I am a week behind so forgive me if my exploits this week seem out of date.

Nobody likes a sportsman that cheats, especially if they make millions of dollars playing for the Yankees. Anybody caught using performance enhancing drugs should be banned for life, and stripped of all medals and records. Whether you are a 3rd baseman or a 7 time Tour de France winner you should be severely penalized for cheating.
