Today is the last Monday in May so folks here in the US will be celebrating Memorial Day. The Federal holiday is a day for remembering the men and women of the United States armed forces who gave their lives in service of their country. Memorial Day weekend traditionally marks the start of Summer and prompts us to break out the grills and BBQ 20 lbs of assorted meat, and drink our own body weight in watery beer and cheap margaritas.
