Freedom of speech (and laughing) is not valid in some areas of North Carolina. Paricularly in Judge Toni King's Cumberland County courtroom.

Incidentaly, the deputies found 3 grams of crack cocaine in his pocket while preparing him for jail. [Ed- What does 'preparing him for jail mean'? It sounds rude]
It was later revealed that he was joking with his buddy via text message about being in court with 3 grams of drugs in his pocket.
